I saw somewhere in this forum (but can't find it now) a pic of someone using D-profile weather strip to stuff in the 30 mm gap between the T13 "wings" and the side fenders. I didn't end up with the full 30mm, its more like an inch, but still, aesthetically, putting something in there would look better. The pic I saw looked pretty good. Lowes and HD do not carry any D-profile weather strip that is 1" wide. The only stuff I can find on line requires buying 25' of it for like $60 to $70 which is a little more than I want to spend for something that may not end up working. Can anyone point me to a specific product they used for this? Thanks in advance.

When I did my rear bumper I was able to find weather strip to fill the gap on amazon. There's a link somewhere in my build thread. If I recall it was $2/ft or so. It has the clinch part for the metal, and then a hollow tube attached to that, which fill the gap. I think the right search term is 'bulb'

Thanks. I can find what I think will work but I have to buy much more than I need.

Thanks again.
