anyone got an extra oxy/act cutting torch set up they wanna get rid of ?

I've got a setup you can borrow.

It's out of gas, and the torch is an old Harris, probably could use a new tip on there. But works ok.

Hell I'd probably sell it to you. I havent' used the damn thing in a couple years.

Big bottles or little? do they have to be certified to get filled? what kind price to you want for it?

....same as seaspud, i got a big set that you can borrow...empty and havnt used it since i went to plasma but im not too sure i want to let it go just yet...maybe John at Radd cruisers has his torch nd regs yet? he might entertain the idea of selling them...im not sure

last time i filled it , I didn't need any certs. was just a trade in bottle at air liquide. small bottles.

I dunno what it's worth, buck and a half maybe?

mine are just the small bottles, forget what they call the size, about the same size as dive tanks.

Coastal forcast was gray, but that changes from day to day. You might have some luck though, it was sure windy earlier this week. Well... i kinda like the idea of the little tanks, how long do they last? they on a cart? I am just cutting up the parts cruiser and can find enuff work around they for the locals to make it worth buying.

yep on a cart. acetylene lasts pretty well, but it'd be nice if the oxy tank was the next size up. Tend to get it filled about twice as often as the acet. But still, lasts a fair while.
