I'm looking for a good shop in Houston TX that will do the engine swap in my 1987 4Runner (22RE/5-Speed SR5). I'm lost as to exactly which way I want to go with the swap (5VZ-FE or Ford/Chevy V8) but I do know I want it done right the first time. I could probably stumble through it myself and learn tons in the process (and take a year to do it in my limited freetime!) - but I'm not looking to do this twice and a want a reliable ride 
Any suggestions? I'd prefer to use someone that has done lots of Toyota specific swaps and I'm looking to keep it around $5K if at all possible. If I'm looking at a whole new drivetrain then I could bump it up a few grand - but I'd go for a used motor/tranny/transfer with low miles in a heartbeat.
