ANyone know of them. They are located in GIlroy? Anyone ever had any work done on from them?

What was it?

Did You think pricing was fair for the job ?

How did you like it?

what did you have done?

would you recomend them?

ron's been in business for a while knows his cruisers. he's a good guy.

Would it maybe be worth her while to shoot you a PM, George? I've heard that you're a pretty good guy too, and a lot closer to her than Gilroy.

i sent rachel a pm a couple of weeks ago but she did'nt take me up on my offer yet.

but thanks for the compliment just the same. i'll never claim to be the best mechanic out there but i try my best to do the job right the first time every time.

You've made several offers to help her over the months, Georg. I just don't understand why she's ignoring you. I guess some folks don't realize what they have when it's standing right in front of them. :D

my cruiser is at rons shop too, but it should be finished this week. From what i can see and from the multiple times i have met him and talked to him and his crew, they are knowledgeable and do good work, and make sure its complete. 1 yr seems to be a long time, mine has been there since thanksgiving i believe.

Thats awsome I think ron is seriously a great guy. He knows alot and all his work on my truck has been awsome. Its just it has been there forever thats all.

Okie-

You have contradicted yourself in these statements.

Herein lies the confusion.....

I think you need to get on the phone with him and take this issue up with him in person rather than question his shop and his reputation on a public forum. These are the questions you ask prior to leaving a vehicle, and then expect some delays, especially with a small family run operation. I dont think it is fair for you to ask about a shop like this when you have personal experiences with them in the past that have been positive, and your vehicle is still in their posession. I dont think it is going to make your work get done quicker.

Im not trying to stirr up anything at all. Everything with him has been resolved. Im talking about what has happened. I am actually in the next week or so going to get my truck from his shop.

Poser im sorry I didn't contradict myself those two statements are simply different from each other. It may be confusing to you that even though he has had my truck for a while that I would be complementing him on his quality of work, but clearly they are two separate things. does this make sense now. Shurly you can't be confused....you've got to be kidding me

Well, I'm a heck of a lot smarter than Poser :) and I'm confused by that. How can you possibly know about "awesome" work when you say "he never got around to doing any of the stuff he said he would do." DO YOU SEE MY BOLDING OF YOUR WORD "ANY" ?

Do you now see your contradiction??

You know what? I've had it with you, Okie. I agree with the posts above about your besmirching a man's personal and business reputation in here.

I see no problem in simply stating on small thing that my cruiser has been their for a while. You would be sad to.

Ron's shop is very buisy and i ahve told him i understand . the work he does is awsome and all im saying is mine has been their for a while becasue he has lots of other peoples projects to put together.

But putting this thread back on track, who here has had work done from him?

what was is and what did you think

I myself had a front disc brake conversion done and it seriously makes the difference! Before that i was driving with a friend and I couldn't make it past the light in time so i quickly pumped the brake and my truck flew to the right and made a tighter right turn than if i had actually turned the steering wheel . Well ron solved that and did a beautiful job on it! Best thing i ever had done on my truck!

Oh i see where the littlee nglish teacher comes in here and corrects me on using the specific word of "any" . Use your imagination and over lokk a typo please.

In an environment void of tonal inflection and facial expression, where understanding the meaning to an individuals point is derived from text, would you not think it might be prudent to type what you really mean, opposed to leaving things to another persons imagination? How can you honestly come out here and ask for help with something and expect people to not take what you are typing as what you are saying, but rather, suggest that they use their own imagination to try and get the meaning of your statement? Absurd.

Learning to properly articulate your point of view, weather a question or an opinion, will greatly increase your chance of people understanding what it is you are trying to say.

Good luck!

ok there. Not trying to ask you to do tricks or anything, just think its funny how much you took one word soo seriously.

Look i know your probably pissed but I will appologize about saying any in my statement. I appologize that i used that word. I totally understand that it is hard to read emotions over a forum. Guess I didn't know how much you would take it to heart.

It is really just one work i typoed on and Im not going to spend my time argueing with you about it. So lets just forget it happened and moved on. I have appologized for usetting you. I hope that means something:D

HA HA

MAD?

About THIS?

You have got to be kidding...

Just trying to understand what the H E L L it is you are talking about/stating.

Have a great day okie.
