You just need to look deeper at the year range...the square is for '95-'97's.

I agree that they look cooler on the earlier dash with the angle to the pad, not just a "gotta get off the toilet somehow" looking square bar sticking out. That said, you have what you have, so go with it. Either one is quite functional as a grab bar, and perfect for my RAM mount to hold my tablet too.

Held up great for 3 days at Fall Crawl (heavy rock crawling/thrashing) and a New Year's day trip that wasn't as rough.

yeah I suspect the earlier dash is easier? - definitely easier to find those handles than the square-dash variant!

The write up is for 95+. No mentioned of airbag in the instructions. I used his write up to install mine. Did mine in 40min. The removal of the glove compartment was 5min...the rest of the time was to measure and re-measure multiple times....

Just fishing, but Keith, you're a fabricator. What about doing a brushed SS version that looks like a handicap rail, but fits in the exact same way as a factory bar?

Would there be a market?

Mandrel bent SS premade and cut to size, weld in a plate and a stud on each end, provide a hardware kit and done.

Sorry to hijack @eimkeith .....

The stand alone ECU is being re-mapped right now. This is their 1st OBD1 Turbo kit (stage 1) and with this development they will bring into the market with, they are making sure it's 100% functioning. With that being said no ETA but by Q1 of 2025 is what Johnny said.
Of course that is the stage 1 version but I'm going all in with stage 2....so again product development phase 2 no ETA.
