I would not buy it. I would stick with something you can get parts for in the future, or next week.

I agree.

Cummins tools are like a traveling harbor freight. They are cheap in price and quality. Save up for a Warn, Ramsey, or other reputable manufacturer. Also look for a good warranty.
 
You can get a Warn M8000 with roller fairlead and 100' of cable for $550 at winchdepot.com.
 
They also have some brick and mortar stores. If you find one, it's worth a look. I have seen SK, Proto (& Blackhawk), Craftsman, Klein, and Irwin hand tools in the local store for dirt cheap - closeouts and discontinued items mainly, but still dirt cheap.

The cummins brand itself is the same southeast aisian junk that HF sells.
