Selling a system I had on my 08 LC. Less then a year old. Still looks brand new. Protective sock kept filter clean. I put another system on recently along with a exhaust. Will you gain HP? Probably not. Hell you might even lose some. Not even sure and never bothered to dyno it. It's a V-8. It sounds good though. Very throaty. It is what it is. Excellent shape and ready to go. $300 shipped. Pretty big in size.
