I described Woodys truck to the club this week as having the body work of a raisin. :flipoff2:

Cyro those buggers. I have a cyro guy one block away. I need to take a pile of inner axels down to him. Never thought about doing the knuckles.

We are coming out with an 8 stud design utilizing both the upper and lower trunions. We are machining then as we speak, they should be out on a couple of weeks.

They will be tested on our comp rig. Super duper turd polishing!

They will be available for the large pattern first, smaller pattern as need arises. There will also be the possibility of modifing your steel arms to work with our lower arms. They will be fully adjustable for preload shims, as well.

We will get some pictures when we get the first set out of machining!

Dunno if I'd want to run 60 outers, but still with the Toyota axle tubes...

The biggest reason for me doing this was I'm able to rebroach the side gears to 35 spline & I get to keep my 4.88's. I had to buy another ARB (RD33) though. I wouldn't do this for just a 30 spline axle. I don't see problem with the axle tubes. A Ford 9" is built that way (2 pieces welded together down the middle).

Where do the axle seals ride?

Just outside the carrier. Similar to what All Pro does for their Hybrid F450 knuckles to mini housing. I still have to do that. I already have the Yukon shafts (blanks), just gotta get a raised surface made for the inner seal & have them cut & splined.
