Hi All,

I want to intruduce myself, and let the Island community know that I am in the armour building business, and focused on Land Cruisers. My name is Jason, and I've been driving and modding my HDJ81 for three years. As some of the local Cruiser owners have seen my work I've had requests for many sets of sliders, as well as a couple of bumper builds too. I have just launched my website www.cruisinoffroad.com and am working on a few new products including a rear bumper for the 80 series, a new concept of 80 t-case skid plate, and a sway-bar disconnect system. Of course custom work is always welcome. Another place you can check out my work, and some of the projects I've done on my own truck is my ROTF link in my sig line.

I have family on the Island, so if there was a few of you interested I could put an order together and come over in the summer to take care of shipping and installations.

Jason

Nice work Jason, have you done any sliders or bumpers for a 60?

Justin

Hi Justin,

I haven't built any parts for a 60 to date, but only because I haven't had anyone ask yet! If you're interested in some parts I can probaby get someone over here to let me use their truck for fitting so there won't be any extra ferry trips involved.

What are you thinking?

Heh guys,

Please take your "commercial" business off-line.

Jason, g'luck with your new fab business - please consider buying a red vendor star.

Justin, sorry I missed you at the show yesterday.

Sorry if I've gone about this the wrong way. I'm just letting folks know that I'm around, and posting a link to my website in the club forums is a good way to say 'Hi'.

I will look into a red star. I'm in process of setting up the website and other things, and this is on the list...

Justin, feel free to fire me an email to talk armour. My email address is in the contact page of my site.

No problem; it's good for us know when a new vendor opens shop; but the forums aren't for working out order details. G'luck.

Yup, that part of the conversation needs to stay off-line.
