Hi Coastal Cruiser Members!

I'm looking for a few volunteers to assist with Cruiser Days:

1) Parking: 4WDABC volunteers will be manning the entrance and taking donations. We shouldn't need more than that because we've changed the entrance to make it easier to get in/out of the event.

2) T-shirt Sales / Raffle ticket sales: I will need 2 people to spell Andrew and myself off once during the day.

3) MC: Thanks Phil!

4) Parking setup: 3 people to arrive at 08:30 to pound parking stakes to mark off the area.

5) Bouncy Castle: I need someone to pick this up in North Langley.

6) Bouncy Castle Supervision: 2 teenagers per hour at $10 per hour per person for 5 hours to supervise the castle

7) Cleanup: This is pretty straight forward but 3-4 people to help Phil and myself put away tables, PA gear, etc is appreciated

8) Event photographer: Mat, Craig?

Remember we are planning a group photo this year for 3pm, please plan to stay until then.

Post up here if you are able to help out!

Can help with all the above. Will bring the stakes and signs for Vendor parking. Looking forward it.

I do believe, historically, as a volunteer you are entitled to a free t-shirt, makes it really worth it, I'm sure the volunteers will be lining up :)

I should be able to help clean up. I will be arriving late morning hopefully.

Anyone know if the overnight camping is still happening?

CC members who volunteer are given one free t-shirt, yes.

I think Kim has arranged Hale Creek as the destination?

maybe we can get a volunteer to check how deep the creek is. :grinpimp::hmm::hillbilly::steer:

I believe there are some recent pics on BC4x4. It's high, but still some beach available.

Was on the 4WDABC Facebook page, not BC4x4.

Maybe they want to roll it over on its roof so it'll float or slide out. If that's their goal, I say keep up the good work!

Rob, I won't be able to make Cruiser Days this year :crybaby: and therefore will not be able to volunteer for cleanup. My mom's house just sold and i have to go to Princeton on Saturday to sign the documents at the lawyer's office. Unfortunately, it is the only day available before it is suppose to complete. Likely was my year to win the big prize too. Can I give you some money for some raffle tickets? If so, i will drop by your place today or tomorrow. Thanks

Keep your money, John, I don't think I'm honest enough to give you Steve's fridge.

See you soon!
