Maybe from vehicle to vehicle is different but my 80 on 37s are:
-3.5" fronts and 4" rears terrain tamer smart coils and IMS shocks
-Stock panhard front and rear
-Stock driveshafts front and rears
-Stock rear lower & upper arms
-3" Delta panhard bracket
-3L delta arms
-Perrys rear bump stops
Whiteline swaybar and LCP brackets

No vibrations and casters are 3 degrees

The axles being a little off-center isn't a big deal, but I'd shorten the front adjustable panhard/track bar, as it sounds like it's over-correcting for the lift height. The 3" rear DVS bracket doesn't fully correct for the ~4" of actual lift you're likely getting in the rear, but should be close enough to not need further correction by moving to an adjustable rear bar.

The more you lenghten the panhards to center the axle at a higher ride height, the more uncentered you are at full suspension compression, which can make your tires more prone to rubbing on one side of the fenders. So, better to be a little under-corrected vs over.
I think I might not go for a rear adjustable panhard rod.
I am currently running with all the old suspension in the back plus the 3rd row seats inside for added weight in the hopes that it might settle a bit in few weeks/months.

The axle shift is about 3/4". Not a huge number.

For some reason (it could very well be human error or wishful thinking) I believe the front has centered a bit more after I adjusted the steering link to center the steering wheel.
I don't really see the logic behind it so I attribute that to one or both of the explanations in the sentence above.
