I I have some cracks in my dashboard in my 2007 GX470 what have you guys done to fix this problem besides replacing the entire Dash and using a dash cover thanks

Replacing the dash is the only way to reliably fix it. Anything else you can do is a band-aid at best and will quickly look bad again.

I picked up a new OEM dash for $600 at a Lexus dealer in 2023 and DIY'd the replacement. It totally changed how the rig felt. It looks like several dealers are still selling them for that price. Lexus won't produce new dashes forever considering the GX has been out of production for almost 17 years, so I'd suggest getting one if you plan on keeping the rig for a long time. Dash replacement is totally DIYable and can be done in a day, although it can certainly feel daunting.

Gonna be looking to replace my gross off tone beige/grey one with a black dashboard with a black Friday deal.

Hopefully
It's also a good time to deep-clean and refresh your interior. I removed everything, scrubbed it with Dawn and a Magic Eraser, let it dry, and reinstalled. Then, deep-cleaned the carpets, and seatbelts, recovered the steeling wheel, replaced the shifter boots, repainted the center console, and re-covered the seats. It still feels like a new rig, despite spending my Christmas break on this work in 2023/2024.

Looks great where did you get the steering wheel wrap
Loncky, for maybe $60 or so. They are Chinese but fairly nice. Note they are a bit loose over the wood parts of the wheel, as the wood part is not as thick as the leather parts of the wheel. In hindsight I would have picked up a non-wood used wheel from a Toyota of similar vintage, wrapped that instead, and then transferred the GX buttons and airbag over to it (it's super-easy to disassemble/assemble the wheel once it's removed).

That's about the last thing I need to strip down to clean behind. I pulled out the full interior to clean and soundproof after I bought the rig from a salvage auction

Looks great! I was honestly impressed that it wasn't terrible to completely tear down the interior of one of these rigs. Kind of wished I had pulled the carpet for a "real" clean too.

What's the sound deadening worth it
? I see a lot of mixed reviews online

I had dynamat lite on hand so put it down. The interior was super dirty so it was coming out regardless. Then I added a layer of 1/2" Dynaliner on top of it. I didn't drive it at all before installing this, so not sure on the sound, but it is pretty damn quiet. I did install it in my garage in the winter, and you could definitely tell a difference in floorboard temps. Super cold metal before. Not cold after the deadener/liner after. It also plumped up the carpet a little more, more padding everywhere. Makes the cargo area just a tiny bit more comfortable for the dogs. And probably helps with sound when I eventually install an exhaust.
