I just wanted to let everybody know how great Nick and the gang at www.countycomm.com really are. I've bought a bunch of stuff from them in recent years(paracord, cheap yet quality monoculars, mini pry bars, straight razor, basic survival stuff, etc...), and I've always been impressed with their prices and the speed they ship me my gear.
Well, they went above and beyond this last order.
I ordered this BailOut Bag on February 28, but ended up receiving this EOD Utility Bag on Friday March 9. I immediately called them up and notified them of the snafu and said I would return the item they sent Monday March 12(today). They said no problem. They'd send the right order out and the packages would pass each other mid-country.
Well, over the weekend I fell in love with the bag they accidentally sent so I called them up today to ask if they could charge me for it so I could keep it. What did they say? "Don't worry about it. Keep it. We don't advertise so just show everybody what you got and get them to order from us. Let 'em know how great we are." I was astonished.
I got a free bag.
And so now I'm fulfilling my obligation. I'm gonna pump up countycomm.
