Could I flat tow an FJ60 behind my 200 series?

Just like the title says, could I flat tow an FJ60 behind the 200 series? What about brakes on the towed unit? No need to worry?
 
Unless it’s a few miles on back roads just to get a project truck home, no. Winch the FJ60 up on a dual axle trailer that has brakes and can take the weight. Then you can tow it safely anywhere.
