Correcting lean with coilovers

As my new coilovers are settling, my truck is developing a lean with the front driver side being low, just like stock. KDSS was done correctly and I never got a total lean, just this low corner. How have you guys corrected for this? Adjust preload a bit heavier on that side, or change ride height? They’re Radflo 2.5 ifp for reference.
 
I just put in some lowly 2.0 Fox coilovers on my FJ....took a gamble and raised up the ever-leaning driver side 5 extra turns....came in level!

If you can adjust ride height independent of the preload, I would go that route. Mine were essentially 'preload only' with the one fixed perch.
