Correct way to post thread

What is the correct way to post a thread, I notice that the few times I have done it my post comes out in small case letters. I am hoping to have big letters some day. Could some one show me the way. Thanks.

ALL CAPS will always be converted...in 'net speak' it's considered shouting, and rude

I meant to say my font size is smaller on title of the thread. I just want be sure that I am doing it right. i appreciate your help.
