Correct part number for 12v inclinometer?

I'm seeing either:
83910-90A01
83910-90A02
83910-90A08

Anyone know which one is correct? and of those, which one is still available in japan? Amayama says the A02 is out of production, but I can't find a picture of the A01 or the A08 to confirm that either does or doesn't have the inclinometer.

All the photos I can find of them online are conveniently missing the part number...

There is also 83910-90A00 which is 12V and was available in the north american market for the BJ60 in Canada.

I don't think any of these are available new from Toyota. I got mine several years ago from ebay.

You do not need to worry about the voltage for these. The power is only for the back lighting.
The only voltage specific model is the one with the thermometer from the HJ61.
