181k miles, bought it in March in NM, drove back to TN.

4 months/2k miles ago, a shop replaced the radiator plastic tank for a slow seep. At the same time, I got a new water pump, timing belt, and front seals, and coolant was topped off. Fresh oil in May. It has a known small exhaust leak.

Just noticed a sudden, heavy wobble/shake at idle and under acceleration (worse when hitting the gas, disappears when coasting). No Check Engine Light at all. Dash temp gauge is normal, and there is no white smoke from the tailpipe.

However, the coolant overflow reservoir is completely bone dry after a hot Tennessee summer. No obvious major puddles, but noticed when pulling into the driveway the other night, there was something dripping after getting home from a trip where I let the car idle (just needed to sit with the AC on for a few) for two separate 10min periods between two separate hour long drives.

Given there is no CEL, could the shake be shot motor mounts flexing under V8 torque and stressing the exhaust leak? Where would 2,000 miles worth of coolant vanish to without a CEL or white smoke...heater control valve, weak cap, or early head gasket?

Gonna check the dipstick and actual radiator cap in the morning once the car fully cools off. Any thoughts?

Pressure test coolant system. If no external leaks found do combustion gasses (exhaust) test in radiator. You can rent/borrow both at Oreilly but have to buy the fluid for the combustion gas test.

^^this, additional tests also recommended like cylinder pressure test / bore scope each cylinder.
