I click on it and “Agree and Proceed”. Is it supposed to stay there afterwards?

hmmm....will look into it.

Testing a service that will be a requirement starting Jan 1, when CCPA goes into effect. Right now, it's free....and likely the reason the green shield is in place. Will experiment further
