Hello everyone. Keep this forum a long time ago but I have not written anything because I speak very little English, sorry!.

4 years ago buy a kzj77, gradually making him have been improvements, +6 springs, wheels 33 ", wheel spacers, metal bumpers, winch front and rear, front and rear diff lock original toyota, etc.

A year ago, I bought a kzj78 with automatic transmission. (roll over). I
move all the mechanics from 78 to 77, engine, transmission, electrical wiring, everything.

After the changes, I have two problems, the idle-up does not work and automatic transmission does not work as i think it should work (A343F).

The idle-up solenoid working when I stop the engine but when I turn it on and hit the idle-up button nothing happens. Before changing everything from 78 to 77, if working.

I have searched many sites kzj78 electric scheme but i can not find nothing.

I have also searched without success the service manual of the A343F automatic transmission + overdrive. If someone can provide me, would greatly appreciate it. I would like to also work the gearbox in sequential mode.

can anyone help?

thanks.

The idle up button does not move a solenoid...
It just tells the ecu to push up the idle...
I can only guess that you have a loose connection somewhere..
I take it you swapped out the whole wiring loom and instruments.

This could also be the same problem for your auto......
The same engine ecu controls the auto....
There are plenty of manuals online for the auto...
Have a read thru this website...
Its a training site for toyota systems as they use very similar systems between the different models.
Goto the "Technical Articles" area...

There are a few manuals kicking around for the Landcrusier II or the LJ70.

There should be enough info to work it out (wiring diagrams)
I have never to date seen a wiring diagram just for the KZJ78.

Then make a coffee and start reading.... lol
