Hey all, buddy with a 2002 4runner, V6, repaced his battery at Advance this weekend. They put in the wrong one and blew his main relay. They didn't have a 120 amp relay so they used a 100 to get him home (he was out of town when this battery went bad). When he restarted it this morning, it started flashing

JCV off

And the performance is terrible. Says he has to mash the gas all the way down to get it to move and the shifting is all messed up. Does he need to reset his ECM and if so how?

Blown ECU

Dealer said his ECU is blown and it's going to be a grand in parts and labor to fix it. He plans on hitting up Advance Auto for the cost. I'll keep everyone posted.
