Is there a rep for Coastal Offroad that is active here on MUD?
In an attempt to make a long story short..
I ordered a bumper kit for my 80 in May, and received most of my order at the end of May. Fedex shows a package not delivered, so I got 3/4, and had to got through the process of them attempting to locate.
That completed, and I emailed Daniel @ Coastal the Fedex claim form and a list of parts that were missing, which he requested. That was on June 15th. I have not had a single response by phone or email since then.
I'm at the point where either I get lucky and hear back, or get a charge back for the purchase.
Happy to get input, or another means of contact...
