I dunno walk me through this... we obviously know that the beginning of the evening will involve beer and the 'CIRCUS DU SOILE' :grinpimp: but what would a typical meeting consist of? What kind of stuff do you guys discuss given that you meet every month?

It's a social club

Meet for grub at the pub at about 6:30 (not everyone makes the Pub but a dozen might); meet at Steve's shop afterward for beer and BS
Meeting starts at 8 give or take the beer and BS
Typical Agenda
Who's been wheelin? Folk share their BS while drinking beer
Who's got wheelin plans; folks raise their hand holding a beer and share news about upcoming wheelin trips
Review 4WD Association news (Kim is the president and member of Coastal Cruisers), the rest can drink while Kim talks
Review RHD news updates, the rest drink while John talks
Review any TLCA updates; the rest drink while Jeremy talks
Any other club news such as upcoming Cruiser Days, trail maintenance, rec site building, tech days, what have you.

Then there is the raffle of $200 worth of stuff (tickets are $5 each)
I try and steel any remaining cash with t-shirt and sticker sales
End the meeting about 9:30 or 10 depending on how much BS we do.
Then the BS and drinking continue until Steve kicks us out of his shop about 11:00 or so

Sound about right?

We have about 50 club members; about 30 show up for a typical meeting; more in the summer for the BBQ in June.

Ironically, Steve has an EB in his shop right now, it's one of our club members trucks.
Rob pretty much summed it up

Also lots of informative banter and tech talk, cruiser show in the parking lots most times if we do not all drive our daily driver eco boxes. The raffle is worth the drive and $5 usually unless certin people who will remain annonomis show up and win everything.

The Bronco in the shop is cool too.

There's half a Suzuki in there as well in case we get bored of the Bronco, plus other various cruisers of course being worked on which are always conversation starters.

Yeah Vince, you should come out! I'll give you a ride in if you like. Then I could be your DD.

I have been wanting to make a meeting, how about i let you know by Wed.

Sounds good; I usually get back to Abby about 11:30pm if that's not too late for you.

Jeez you beat me to it- was up the coast out of email..
