We need to know who is coming to the Christmas Party Dec 8, what menu choice between Turkey, Beef, or Wild Salmon, and whether you want to stay in the hotel of the night.
We took a head count at the meeting, and so far the list is:

Marcin & Ania, Craig E, Drew E, Paul K, Rod & Kim, Mike McT and possibly daughter, Rob Millson & Gail, Robert M, Steve P & partner, Mat R, Kim R & partner, Phil S & wife, Jeff S & Becky, Gary T, Steve T, Justin VanH, Al D, Chris B, John & Lety, and Bill W & wife.

**WE NEED TO KNOW NOW WHO ELSE IS COMING AND WHAT CHOICE OF DINNERS YOU WANT. ALSO, WHO WANTS A HOTEL ROOM?** So far, rooms are asked for by Rod McD, Steve P, Rob Millson, Gary T, Jeff S, and maybe Mike McT.

So, anybody else who was not at the meeting please list yourselves on this thread.

sorry i cant make it ... i havent started working at the mtn yet so therefore i dont know what my schedule is gonna be like but if i have night off ill come out for a drink

Sorry Scalp just found the hotel prices... I should learn to read All posts before asking silly questions.
We actually won't need a room anyway.
Just the 2 of us for dinner.

I just got word from the Delta Hotel at the Elephant and Castle. They say that the $85. rooms are smoking rooms so they may smell of some smoke even though they have been cleaned. The $109. rooms are non smoking rooms. They need to know for sure by December 1 who is wanting a room and will probably need a credit card number to reserve it. To make sure you have the room you want, contact Ms. Shante Sidhu by email ssidhu@deltahotels.com or phone her at 604 968 1178.
I will be out of town this coming week, returning Nov 27.

Ok, here is a map to the Elephant & Castle coming from Vancouver over the Airport Bridge. Party Saturday, December 8.
5:30 - 7:00 is mingle time upstairs in the Mezzanine. Admission $15. each and if your membership is overdue, then you can pay that too on admission.
7:00 dinner served downstairs - turkey, beef, or wild salmon.
Raffle later later with awesome prizes.
You should reserve your room now to avoid disappointment later.

To get to the Elephant & Castle, 3500 Cessna Dr., Richmond Delta Hotel from Vancouver:

1. Go South over Arthur Laing Airport bridge from Vancouver toward Richmond.
2. Take ramp exit to Richmond/South Terminal about .7 km.
3. Quickly move over to the LEFT lane before you get to the big intersection of Miller Rd. and Russ Baker Way.
4. Turn LEFT at Miller Rd. and go 10 meters (Avoid bus loop)
5. Turn RIGHT at Cessna Drive and go 13 metres.
6. Turn LEFT into Delta Hotel parking lot and go to the rear of building. The Elephant & Castle is the building on poles in the river.
7. Report your vehicle licence number to staff as you enter the Elephant & Castle. Our lounge is upstairs.
