I have a conundrum: How to get enough shaft for nuts on the posts to hold the air filter housing on to the engine mount. They are basically welded in the back. So, do I drill them out and just replace with SS bolts? If I ground off them off and welded new threads to the face the bottom threads would get welded and it'd look like crap. Anyone tackle something similar?
