I designed this for myself since I didn't like any other phone/device mounting solutions on the market. Other folks seemed to like them so I recently made another production run.
This solution allows you to install a standard 1" ball mount or any AMPS device to a convenient location between the clock and vent. I like it here since it keeps your eyes as close to the road as possible.
The bracket is CNC cut and bent, powder coated black. Price is $62 shipped in the lower 48 or local pick up in Loveland CO.
Requires carefully removing clock surround (using heat and plastic pry tools helps) and filing down this part of the dash. Then just use the self-tapping screws to finish the installation.
