Clutch/transfer case

My son was driving my cruiser and he said it just quit going. I got it home and pulled the shifter to see if linkages were out of alignment. They were not. I tried shifting transfer case with and without hubs. No go. Clutch seems like it is working. It just will not transfer to the wheels. Thoughts to check?
