Hello-
I have a 1977 FJ40. We recently rebuilt the trans and t-case. Installed new Aisin clutch kit with new pilot and throwout bearing (Koyo, i believe). When you start the 40 up in neutral everything sounds great. As soon as any pressure is applied to the clutch LOUD squeal until the pressure is released. Any thoughts? Could the throwout bearing be on backwards? The flat side of the bearing is engaging the clutch fingers the rounded side is facing the clutch fork.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!!
