I'm an idiot, I'm aware of that.

Have a Mark's 4WD HZJ > SBC conversion kit. H55F to 350. Except I have the coarse spline H55F from a FJ62 [although aside from the vac transfer (which has been changed to a manual transfer) it's the same as a HJ75]. Here's the idiot part. Instead of using a HJ75 clutch master and slave, I used both from an FJ62. I used a clutch kit from an FJ62 as well. I used the fork from an HZJ75 because it was longer and the slave needed spacing off the BH. I've driven the car for quite a few months but shifting is difficult. During a recent engine bay clean up that spiralled wayyy out of control I went for new hydraulics again [the fluid had turned murky due to cheap seals - I did use DOT 3 though]. Got FJ62 gear again because even though shifting was quite notchy - it was a proven combo.

Does anyone have data on clutch parts interchangeability in terms of:

- bore and stroke across: FJ62, HJ75 and HZJ75?
- disc and pressure plate depths across FJ62, HJ75 and HZJ75?

I'd really like to avoid replacing everything as the parts are less than 5000km old.

Also, it's installed in an FJ45.

Cheers
