I've got what sounds like a bearing noise coming from the gearbox. I had a new clutch installed about a year and a half ago, but I'm not sure when the noise started. Can only hear it when outside the car or if I've got a window down next to a something that reflects the sound. It goes away with even the lightest pressure on the clutch. When I crawled under to have a look, I found it goes away when I put pressure anywhere on the slave cylinder piston arm or the clutch fork in any direction. Its making me think that maybe the slave cylinder is worn out or maybe something to do with the clutch fork itself. Wondering if anyone here has any experience with an issue like this.
