Clutch Fork Boot installation?

Should be able to remove the slave cylinder and slip the new boot over the exposed part of the fork.
 
Yep, just separate the actuating rod from the clutch fork and slip the boots over the clutch fork (as noted by Lemon, above). It's a little tricky getting it properly seated on the inside. It helps if you drop the clutch cover so that you can work the groove of the rubber boot onto the opening from inside the bellhousing (not absolutely necessary, though).
