Hi all,

I was just looking at my clutch order and it looks like I might have gotten the wrong one. I ordered the 4T1209NHD and it said it would if on the website but I looks like that is for the 1995 onwards. I think I need the 4T1141NHD for the 1993.

Not to sure what the difference is... if anyone else does that would be great. But yeah that might have caused it.

I have emailed the website to see if they will refund / send out the other one as their website did say it would fit

Hey all, it hasn't helped, ill grab a new clutch and update you on how I go. Ill see if I can get any more info on the clutch compatibility

Hey buddy! Yep flywheel was skimmed etc, box went in i think fairly easy, I removed the transfer case when installing and was 10x easier I believe! (I left it on when removing the box from engine and was alot more of a struggle). Im also pointing towards something with my clutch master or slave? Being that my truck was manual converted its a pain trying to work out what's correct and what's not!
Hey mate, so I put in a new clutch and got my flywheel machine and seems to be better now. Run-off for the flywheel when installed was like 0.8.mm which is at the upper end of what I would like but not the end of the world. Could also be bad measurements case it wasn't optimal the way I did it. My flywheel a d clutch both had a section where it was hot so im guessing that was a high spot or something ....

As for the difference in the clutch kit. The new one has a shorted throw out bearing. The clutch and pressure plate were exactly the same

Any questions reach out

Here is the old and new parts
Old pressure plate:

Old flywheel

New flywheel (it was cleaned very well prior to clutch being installed)

Then clutch and pressure plate were installed and put it all back together. What a pain to get the transmission out and back in!
