I managed to leave my sunroof open on my 2004 landcruiser Amazon and it rained in big time.
Filled the ash tray!!!
I’ve had a de humidifier and a hairdryer running on the fuse boxes both sides, into the dash through the middle console etc.
I ve no climate control, black temp bar or nav, but the screen and radio works perfectly. No blown fuses. Obviously nav doesn’t matter, but the climate does.
Can’t think where else to look.
Ive been advised to open the black box behind the screen, which is dry and no sign of water ingress. I’ve checked inside the black bar that shows the temperature display and no sign of damp in there either
Not a blown fuse.
The display flashes on occasionally.
Anyone on here any pointers
Thankyou
Richard

oopha, that's rough. Sounds like you are on the right track, how long has it been since the water got it?

Keep de-humidifer going and hope for the best. I'm not sure what else to suggest, its weird that radio and screen work but not nav / climate....Sounds like something internally is all screwed up ...May have to start looking for replacement nav units / nav delete / aftermarket options. Bunch of forums on here for stuff people have tried.

What if you hit the Auto button on climate, does anything kick on? I believe that should bypass the screen and kick climate on ( I could be wrong but may help for troubleshooting )
