Hopefully I'll get my cab off my frame so I can start cleaning it up and get it rust free. Thankfully its just very light scale. I was planning on just throwing a wire wheel on a grinder and going to town. Is this what you guys would do? I plan on Ospho after that and some liberal undercoating.

A wire wheel does a decent job but can leave a little rust in the bottom of the pits. If you use a rust neutralizer before coating it (which it sounds like you're planning to do), that should keep it from coming back.

I just started sand blasting my frame to do some mods. I plan to blast the entire thing soon using a Harbor Freight pressurized blasting pot and my 60 gallon compressor with fine grit black beauty. It leaves the a nice finish for paint. If you don't the the equipment to blast I would take it to someone that can. I live in the Northeast and want to stop as much of the rust as I can.
