Well, it’s been a good run, and I’m ashamed to admit it but I can no longer find the motivation or funds to finish this build. I’m cutting losses and finding another project that will help me find my love of cars again.

-1988 FJ62 body and frame in great shape
*Body is completely rust free except for one small spot that has been cut out on the roof. (Includes patch pannel
*frame is completely rust free. No swelling in rear. has been wire wheeled and POR15d
*has 1983 FJ60 wiring harness and crank windows
*stock motor mounts have Ben cut
*no front glass
*interior has been gutted


-refreshed axles with 3.73 gears and new brakes
-OME heavy lift kit installed
-brand new pro comp wheels and BFG KO2
-gobi stealth roof rack
-new warn VR1200 winch
-new addicted off-road tube bumper
-New MAF 38 GAL tank
-complete set of new ABS Australian door cards
-FJ60 front clip with new grille and city racer led lights
- two extra drivers side doors
- Short H42 with crossmember and driveshafts
- resealed T case set up for twin sticks
- AA ranger overdrive box with bellhousing
-chevyota V8 mounts (not welded in)
-10,000lb hitch receiver
-crack free dash
-good rear seat
-extra hood
-extra body wiring harness
-no engine.
- tons of extra parts I can’t even remember

$6500 for everything. Located in Norfolk VA.

Got discouraged and listed it, but after doing some soul searching, I’m going to stick with the project. Too much time and money invested and I’ll probably never be able to afford another rust free 60.
