CLC Monthly Meeting 2/10/2026

Please come to the club meeting at Rudy's Bar-B-Q, 315, S 31st St, Colorado Springs, CO 80904
Show up at 6:00 to eat dinner and socialize. We meet in the North West corner of the patio.
Meeting starts at 7:00. Buying food or drink is not required, just show up to socialize if you wish.

OLD BUSINESS

• Review of Shubarth road trail ride​
• Reviewed annual election results​
• Reviewed scheduling change of annual elections to be held at December meeting Christmas Party (Bylaws Redlined)​

NEW BUSINESS

• Voted and passed to change the March trail ride to “Buena Vista area trails” depending on weather and trail conditions​
• Voted and passed to accept the published changes and additional redlines to the Club Bylaws​
• The Vice President will contact Jake Ellsworth to inquire about a formal trail adoption.​
• The Vice President will contact Scooter Powers from CO4WDA to open a dialog about reporting Club trail maintenance participation and volunteer opportunities for Club membership​
