CJ5 vs CJ7 vs FJ40

I looked up the overal sotck dimensions for the CJ7, CJ5 and FJ40, and here's what I found:

CJ5 CJ7 FJ40
Wheel base 83.5 93.5 90.0
Length 138.4 147.9 152.0
Width 59.9 59.9 65.6
Height 67.6 67.6 76.8
Track F/R 51/50 51/50 55/55

So the 40 is bigger in all dimensions than the CJ5 or CJ7. But only 9 inches in height...

SO, since we were only talking about width...

and since 65.6 - 59.9 = 5.7

and since 5.7 < 9

and TOM bet the difference in track width is greater than 9...

GUESS WE'RE DRAGGIN YOUR SORRY BUTT OUT THERE ON THE TRAIL, TOM!

Don't worry i'm sure you'll probably only risk scratching the first few layers of wax on that thing!

Actually, (correcting myself) IIRC we were talking more specifically about track width... and the difference there is even less: 4 or 5 inches...

conclusion still the same: Tom's Garage Queen might get dusty.
