Christmas Party Dec 21st.

Here is my proposal for the Colorado Land Cruisers Christmas party. The party will be on Tuesday Dec 21st. at 6:30pm. With food ordering at 7:00pm.

Mason Jar on Corporate Dr. I talked to them and as of now we can book a private room and have a restricted menu that gives everyone choices. The menu price would be $10-$12 per person with a cash bar for adult beverages.

We will be at the North Location 5905 Corporate Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80919.

I am only offering one choice since we as a group do not do well with options. So lets vote yes or no on this option. The pols will close at 7:00pm November 19th.

We can vote on the method of payment after we vote yes or no on the location.

I volunteer to run the white elephant present exchange again. Rules are that you bring a new or good condition wrapped present to put in the exchange. Mark your present as male or female. The people that bring presents get a number. Seperate number sequence for male and female. When your number comes up you pick a present from the previous people or a new one off the table. Anyone that is after you can pick your present or a new one from the table. It keeps going until we are out of people. Typical guys presents are tools and stuff that is necessary to life with. (6 pack of duct tape, ratchet straps, flare nut wrenches) Women have gotten glassware, dinnerware, blankets.

The Christmas party is sneeking up fast now so we better get details posted and start a list of who is going.

We voted in the November meeting to have the club pay for one family member and each additional family member or guest would be $4 payable the night of the Christmas party. The club treasurer can collect the $4 per additional family memeber or guest. Please pay your bill and clearly let David M. know how many people you are paying for so we don't have get security involved.

Here is what you will have to deal with if security gets involved.
