CHIRP Dual Band programming software

This is the software I was talking about called Chirp. From the website, you can find out if it will play nice with your dual band radio. Works fine with all Baofeng that I can tell. If it doesn't work on your computer there are a few tutorials with a quick Google search that can point out what plug-ins you might need to install.

Thanks for the info, now time to get my license. Luckily most local repeaters were loaded by Kay's friend, but I need to check.
