Well finished up the S Bowl leftovers today for lunch.
Has anybody thought of turkey wings (Thunder wings) as an application to these ideas?
 
Oh yea, did try a mix of Sriracha and honey. Turned out better than I thought. Sweet on the front half and some giddy up on the back side.
 
If I could find center section turkey wings bulk I would eat the bejebsus out of them. I really only like the center section of any wing, lots of flavor and gelatin and general goodness found no place on any bird.
 
Gelatin. Lot'sa flavor. Center section? Good advise Rusty, if I'm grilling or dating. Fat is flavor.
Did I ever tell ya bout the time that I almost got kicked out'a a saloon for Trolling for Hogs?
Well. maybe I'll just have to post it on the "Left Overs" Section. That is, ah, er, I mean if it is the right thread.
