I finally found the right 80 and picked it up on Thursday. Driving around on Friday got a chip on the windshield. Saturday it spiderwebbed to 1 1/2'. Knowing how prone to windshield leaks the 80 can be, can anyone reccomend a good shop based on experience with 80 winshield replacement. TIA Mike

Evanston Auto Glass did mine for about $150. No leaks.

Thanks for the heads up. A little far for me but I'll keep them in mind if noone else could reccomend a good shop, preferably southside or south subburbs. BTW I think PPG replacement windshields suck. Mine went from a little rock chip to 2' and growing, with out leaving the drive way.

They'll do that. Doesn't have much to do with the quality of windshield, especially on a sunny cold day.
