Chemical dip rust removal shops?

Tried a search but didn't come up with anything so just wondering if anyone knows of a shop locally that does chemical paint and rust removal and maybe electrostatic zinc based primer deposition?

The part I need treated is large but not like a whole cab or car body - 6' x 2.5' ish, by a couple inches wide.

There was a place on Rio Salado just west of the 101 that I've used. I can't remember the name.

Technology is awesome. I took this information from fumann (thanks!), used Google street view to find the name - Redi Strip, then I even found an old mud thread in a search:
