I have 1994 toyota pick up check engine light on checked the code. light flashed 2 times then paused and flashed 5 times. I'm guessing that is code 25. If so would this be the O2 senor Help please.

Yes, that is the O2 sensor code. Air-fuel ratio lean. O2 sensor problem or other "trouble area". this is according to the 1990 Codes in the FSM. Will change somewhat if you have the V6 or 22RE.
Check the wiring to the O2 sensor, then check the sensor. The wiring can get loose and cooked. It may also just plain break or develop a corrosion fault. The FSM has the procedure for checking the sensor. FSM can be found at one of the links in the FAQ thread. The FAQ thread is listed as one of the stickie threads at the top of this forum.

If the truck had a small exhaust leak would this cause the problem the O2 censor
