CD player jam

My kid shoved a CD in the player and its spinning inside and wont play any of the other 5 CDS in it. Anyone know how to fix this? Im dreading the dealer right now! They take forever

im wanting to say it might need reset but really dont know if it wold help it is a 6 disk right?i wonder if they (the child)but the cd in upside down?

Mine did that. I simple attempted to load (yes load) another cd and the cd player righted itself.

just had to change out my changer at the dealership-no charge with the same problem. Dealership said toyo doesn't want to pay a tech 96/hr to troubleshoot, so they replaced it and toyo sent me the cd's.
