The front fender flare (either right or left) is a good candidate for antenna installation. Get a SO239 female connector (get th eone with attached coax), drill a hole on the fender, and tighten the connector to the fender. Screw in the antenna to the connector and plug the coax to your rig.

I just drilled a hole in the front bumper. Hardware came from local CB shop. If you are worried about ground run a large gauge wire from a known grounding point.
