yes people traded in there LCs during the cash for clunker period and now they are showing up in our local junk yards. the yard men don't know what to do with them so they will crush them.
today at Metal Movers in Denver. i spoke with the yard boss (jim ) about not crushing a nice 1985 and a very nice 1992. he said he would not. the '85 was on the fork lift and heading for the crusher when i got there this morning.
