went out last week for a run to the cariboo. started off at cash creek and zig-zaged our way to barkerville. even went through the polly mine spill. then headed west and came back down on the west side of fraser hitting gang ranch before crossing the river again and coming home. on the last day one of the tires self distructed. almost 2000 km round trip. lots of bugs, sun, rain and even a hale storm plus amazing seinery i'm burned out. LOL

Looks like a great trip

thanks. yes for sure. barkerville is a must see if you have not been there.

And it looks like you got your rig back up and running again, or is this a different one?

yes the other rig was too far damaged. the mechanicals are still perfect but everything else is deformed. i think the only parts that are still not toched are the drivers seat and the steering wheel. seriously. anyway i figured its much easier to just get another one and use the the first one for parts.

looks like a good trip.
i think i have that same photo from a couple of weeks ago.

I will have to show these pics to my kids. We were going to head to Barkerville the third week of July but have had to change it to the third week of August. We only have 7-10 days to go there, then to Kelowna and home. Not sure if that is enough time to get off of the pavement.
