Carb Rebuild Kit (1 Viewer)

Anyone found a better carb rebuild kit for the 22R than the Echlin kit from Napa? I know there are cheaper (and probably worse) kits out there that are very one size fits all. The Echlin kit covers quite a few carbs, however, and I wondered if there's something I can get which is even more specific. My understanding was that the OEM kits are gone.

I have had good luck with the napa kits. Never even tried to get an oem kit.....

Used it before, I just didn't like ending up with extra parts that I wasn't sure about.

I bought a cheap kit from Autozone and it worked out well for me.

If they don't ask for the number from the metal tag on the carb, you're getting a generic kit. Even the specific kit for your carb # may have extra parts, as it will cover variations of that carb.
Last one I used was from NAPA, don't recall the brand, about $50.
