I’ve had two full back booster seats (Britax) and a Britax infant seat in the middle. It was easier when the infant seat was rear facing and became very tight when forward facing. By the time we outgrew the infant seat, my eldest moved up to a backless booster seat. Then we had backless booster seat, Britax toddler seat, Britax toddler seat. The Britax toddler seats we used had their own restraint system and were locked into the car with the seatbelt.
 
Congrats! I have three across in my 100 Series. Diono Radian RXT. Currently the kids are 7, 4, and 4 and still using the seats. These are convertible so they go from rear facing, to forward facing to booster so worth the expense in the long run IMO. No affiliation to Diono just have been a really good buy for us and want to share.

Very helpful!! Did your toddler just walk while the twins were in the stroller or did you do two stroller (a double and one single) I was looking at a double with the standing board on the back but unsure how he’d take to it.
 
The Bob Dually stroller has a pretty large flat triangular spot where the front wheel is so she would ride on that. So it was great we could put all three on the same stroller.

We had a boat cover guy make us a custom cover for it with handles for the baggage guys so when we checked it at the gate it wouldn't get damaged.

Also the drink/snack for for both the kids and the adult were a great add.
