can't upload pic?

Is anyone else having trouble? I can't upload a picture, because there's no button in the attachments box below the text box. Just noticed I can't click on the emoticons, either.

Have I hit 'the end of the internet'????

Tried to 'print screen' to show you....cropped it....still can't upload it. Dipsh...

It's back working now, but this is all I had when I posted the problem....
